Wie schaut der Mensch auf seine Stadt und wie spricht er darüber? Still Lives ist ein lokales, choreografisches Projekt, welches in den Städten Essen, Halle, Lille, Bukarest und Berlin realisiert wird und jeweils eine spezifische Präsentationsform annimmt. Die Beziehungen zwischen unterschiedlichen Formen der Wahrnehmung und persönlichen Sichtweisen in Bezug zum Lebensort „Stadt“ werden untersucht. Tonspur und Bildspur dekonstruiert, die Differenz von Sprache und Gestus sichtbar gemacht.
How are we looking at our city and how do we talk about it? Still Lives is a local, choreografic project, which will be realized in the cities of Essen, Halle, Lille, Bukarest and Berlin and will be presented in each city in a specific, unique form. The relation between different forms of perception and personal perspectives related to the place of living, „the city“ will be observed. Sound and image are deconstructed, the difference of language and gesture is becoming visible.
