BIBIANA ARENA
Schauspielerin; Tänzerin, Sängerin,Theaterregisseurin; Choreografin; Lehrerin für Körpersprache, Stimme und Theatertheorie; Forscherin auf dem Gebiet der Theaterwissenschaften (akademische Recherchearbeit). Fließend in vier Fremdsprachen "I've trained a lot with Viewpoints for years with different groups. Performed many times with and for the public — with no scores. Besides a lot of Contact Improvisation sessions & Anthropological theater, improvisation is actually the base of my creative process."
THE LITTLE QUEENS & CÍA
has been performing in public places and making dance-videos around Europe since 2006. Trying to develop their own vocabulary, their focus is mainly improvisation. Every year they organize the Granada Improv Festival. www.thelittlequeens.org / www.granadaimprofestival.org. Diana Bonilla, Madrid. The young Little Queen is dancing with different dance companies, always mixing techniques. She is developing Capoeira, Contact-Improv, Contemporary dance and Improvisation together. She has been a member of The Little Queens & Cía since 2005. Ana Sanchez Couso, Thessalonica / Spain. The Greek Queen is completing an European Masters in Dance with L'animal a l'esquena in Girona. She mixes Butoh, Contemporary and Improvisation in her dance career. She has been in the Little Queens & Cía since 2006. Mamen Agüera, Berlin /Spain. The Mother Queen developed her movement style in Germany. She mixes theater, voice and dance. Her focus is site pecific performance. She founded the Little Queens & cía in 2004. Annagäelle Thiriot, London/ France. The French Queen is finishing her studies at the Laban Center, London. Dancing as much as possible with everybody, mixing video & movement on the stage. She’s been part of the Little Queens & Cía since 2006.
CURRENT EXCHANGE (Asher Levin & Martin Ehrenberger)
We are continuing a collaboration of research and training together and the sharing/sparking situation of performing for the public. Our work is not within any one genre, but in our training and research we have been developing and exploring a palette including dance, voice work, verbalized imagery, CI, physical theatre, genuine intimacy, playing with the space, exploring the performer-audience relationship...no gimmicks, just two strongly connected improvisers on stage.
IMPRO COLLECTIVE ist eine Berliner Gruppe aus KünsterInnen aus Kunst, Tanz, Musik und Theater. Wir sind Menschen mit verschiedenen Muttersprachen und improvisieren in der gemeinsamen Sprache von Action Theater™ der US Performance Künstlerin Ruth Zaporah. Unser Lehrer und Mentor ist Sten Rudstrøm.
